Help to Buy Team Manager - Securities / Financial Services

£31,200 + depending on skills

Cardiff or Wrexham

We have an opportunity for a Help to Buy Team Manager to be responsible for coordinating the day to day administrative and processing activities the HTBW Post Sales, Pre Sales & Land Registry or Collections Team, including sanctioning referrals within theirdelegated authority.

We are looking for a Manager with strong experience of performance management, coaching and undertaking meaningful 1-2-1 meetings.

About us

Help to Buy - Wales provides Welsh Government shared equity loans to buyers of new-build homes and aims to provide support to people, who would not be able to get onto the property ladder without the scheme.

Eligible buyers can borrow up to 20% of the marketvalue of a new home. The scheme supports the purchase of homes bought through a registered Help to Buy - Wales builder.

Phase 3 of Help to Buy in Wales has recently been extended and will be available until March 2025.
