Description
Red Rock Consultants are working with a privately owned leading M&E group covering the UK, who employ over 1200 staff and have an annual turnover exceeding £165 million.
Due to continued contract growth my client is now looking to recruit an experience Administrator to work as part of an existing large team.
The main duties include the responsibility for the following:
- Answering all incoming calls and transferring to the right departments
- Liaising with engineers.
- Dealing with customers enquiries
- Booking Engineers out to jobs
- Writing and sending letters.
- Data Entry
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
£22,000.00-£23,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Nuneaton: reliably commute or be willing to relocate with an employerprovided relocation package (required)
Education:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
Experience:
- Technical support: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
