And you trust your people, instead of fretting over what they're doing.

But, you also love the creative delivery side too.

The bit where the right side of your brain fires up.

Taking a client's 'moon on a stick' idea and showing them how you can make it happen.

On time, within budget and better than they could've imagined.

It's why this 40+-headcount agency need you.

They need you background in overseeing events, holding clients' hands and running teams.

They need you to run a team of 5 and act as the escalation point and mentor.

Developing your team here is key, it's why you excel at people management.

Especially in a hybrid work environment.

As turning complex information into engaging content across multiple deliverables is hard when you're not always in the same room as your team.

But it's also hugely rewarding.

Watching them develop, grow in confidence and shine is a wonderful feeling.

It's why you like to stay invisible.
