Our client is a leading supplier of functional workwear, PPE, footwear, site essentials and safety equipment with 45 sites across the UK, as industry experts they also offer guidance on hazards, risks, compliance, best practice and resources to help youkeep your workplace safe.

They have exciting plans for further growth and are now looking for a
Territory Sales Manager.You'll be looking after a number of accounts across the whole of Dublin down to Portlaoise covering Kildare, Naas andNewbridge with a large focus on prospecting, bringing on new clients and developing accounts around a fantastic product range and reputation within the industry.

The approximate split will be 60/40 new business versus account management. It is vital thatthe new Territory sales manager brings a hunter mentality to the role.

The role will involve regular travel across the region with 4 days of face-to-face customer meetings and 1 day of administration and appoint management.

The role will involve regular travelto potential and current clients and comes with a competitive base, company car and a bonus scheme paying up to £12,000 EUR on top of base salary.


Territory Sales Manager - Responsibilities

  • Utilising industry and sector insight to understand customer needs analysis, and build consensus across a multistakeholder buying group offering exceptional solutions
  • Identifying the right customer stakeholders and building credibility quickly to drive for success
  • Driving strategies to grow, retain and maximise revenue and profit of existing and new customers
  • Maintaining and updating information accurately within the CRM system, and utilising customer intelligence for account planning purposes to achieve full customer contact coverage

Territory Sales Manager - Required Skills

  • Proven track record of delivering sales as part of a clearly defined strategy and an understanding of financial performance and seeking opportunities to maximise profit and minimise cost
  • Account Management or regional sales experience with a focus on business development wins
  • Prevoious product led sales experinece
  • Able to demonstrate key behaviours in line with our sales strategy and make things happen by showing drive and determination
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to share views and ideas
  • Knowledge of health and safety related services, products and markets
  • Knowledge of the Challenger Sale methodology or similar would be advantageous
  • A full UK Driving License is required for this role
This is a key role as our clients brand continues to grow across Ireland.

As Territory Manager you will play a key role in this growth, you'll also have the chance to complete a fully funded level 4 accreditation with the Institute of Sales Professionals.
