About Our Client:

Our client is a large manufacturing and production firm, located in Rhyl, with a strong presence across the UK.

They are renowned for delivering high-quality products and services, and are committed to maintaining an environmentally responsible approach in their operations.


The Finance Assistant will be responsible for:

  • Processing purchase invoices
  • Matching purchase orders
  • Posting supplier invoices
  • Preparing payment runs
  • Allocating cash
  • Statement reconciliations
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Query resolution
  • Financial administration

The Successful Applicant:


The successful Finance Assistant should have:

  • A proven track record within a similar role
  • AAT level 2 or above (desirable)
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A strong understanding of financial regulations and accounting processes.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
