Job Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to source and attract top talent
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand position requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Manage the endtoend recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance
- Guide market trends, salary data, and recruitment best practices
Experience:
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
- Proficiency in relationship management and lead generation techniques
- Previous experience in human resources or recruitment is a plus
Pay:
From £23,000.00 per year
