- Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email, providing timely and accurate information.
- Maintain and update customer records, portals, and order status information.
- Assist with onboarding new customers and supporting ongoing customer relationships.
- Communicate proactively with customers regarding order updates, changes, or delays.
- Support the resolution of customer queries and issues, escalating where necessary.
- Assist in raising and scheduling customer orders in line with production and delivery requirements.
- Support the preparation and management of load builds for transport and production planning.
- Help maintain accurate production schedules, stock levels, and lead times in internal systems (M1 ERP system).
- Import production issue data, packing lists, and date changes into relevant systems.
- Support the coordination of daily transport deliveries and liaise with internal teams to ensure orders are fulfilled on time.
- Learn product specifications and support quality and accuracy in order processing.
- Assist in verifying transport invoices and supporting finance processes as required.
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Good organisational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to work collaboratively across teams.
- Comfortable using IT systems (ERP, CRM, MS Office: Outlook, Word, Excel).

- No previous experience required; this is an apprenticeship role.
