Creative Ideation: Translating strategy into effective creative ideas and pitching and presenting Creative work to current and potential clients.

Creative Oversight:Orchestration and delivery of unexpected work, demonstrating digital-first output for the department and growing key client & interagency relationships.

Team Leadership: Leading on the performance and development of Creative Leads, Art directors, Junior creatives ensuring they are thriving both as individuals and as a team. Supporting on resourcing inbound projects across the team, supporting hiring of new team members and freelancers.

Growth of Agency and Output:Feeding into the long-term agency creative vision, unlocking new opportunities through expertise and seeking opportunities to raise our profile within the industry.
