You Will:


  • Spearhead the development and execution of strategic sales plans for businesses with employees in the manufacturing, construction, retail, and hospitality sectors.
  • Lead a talented team, promote a culture of success and resilience, and drive the adoption of cuttingedge Workforce Management HR technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

Delivering sales numbers agreed with the business:


  • Strategic Leadership:Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve targets and expand our customer base across the workforce management sector.

Team Development:Lead, expand, and empower the sales team across our offices in Ireland and the UK.

Stakeholder Engagement:Build high-level relationships with key stakeholders in target customer accounts to understand their strategic needs and align our offerings accordingly.

Contract Negotiation:Oversee the negotiation and closure of contracts, optimising profit margins and ensuring alignment with strategic business goals.

Market Insight:Monitor industry trends and shifts, leveraging insights to adapt and refine sales strategies in response to evolving market dynamics and competitor activities.

Forecasting and Planning: Prepare and review accurate sales forecasts and growth strategies, ensuring alignment with the company's long-term objectives.

Mentoring and Coaching:Mentor and develop sales team members, set educational and performance benchmarks, and lead by example in all sales and customer relations aspects.

Innovation in Sales: Drive innovation within the sales processes and strategies, implementing best practices in technology utilisation and customer engagement.


Key Skills and Competencies:


Required Qualifications:

Proven Leadership:Minimum 3 years' experience managing a sales team, preferably within the B2B technology sector, specifically in workforce management or related fields.

Track Record of Success:Demonstrable track record of achieving and exceeding new business targets, with strong strategic and analytical skills to manage complex sales cycles.

Communication and Influence:Exceptional negotiation and communication skills can effectively engage and influence various stakeholders, from operational managers to senior executives.

Educational Background:A bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field.

Technical Proficiency:Deep understanding of CRM platforms, sales performance tools, and the technological aspects of HR and workforce management solutions.
