Description

Purpose;
Effective management, distribution and control of all documentation relating to precision manufactured components and assemblies.

Working closely with members of the wider team, this role is critical to ensure right first time documentation to support delivery of critical projects to our clients.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities;

To ensure all project related documents are controlled in line with the Quality Management System.
Quality assurance checking of all incoming documentation (internal and external) to ensure right first time.
Compilation of documentation packs to support delivery of product to the customer.
Submit completed documentation packs to the Quality Engineering team for final review.
Ensure timely resolution of incorrect documents.
Distribution of documentation to the required personnel or departments as required.
Copying, scanning, storage and archiving of documentation packs to customer requirements.
