Warehouse Operative - Outskirts of Thetford_


Shift Pattern:

6am - 3pm / 3pm - 12am (Rotating Shifts)


Role Overview:


Key Responsibilities:


  • Utilize hand scanners for efficient order picking and inventory management.
  • Construct pallets according to specified guidelines.
  • Load and unload vehicles with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Operate material handling equipment, including but not limited to counterbalance, reach, or Flexi forklifts.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, particularly in relation to heavy lifting.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily targets and maintain a smooth workflow.

Qualifications and Skills:


  • Previous experience in a warehouse environment is preferred.
  • Valid counterbalance, reach, or Flexi forklift license is essential.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
  • Familiarity with hand scanners and basic computer skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
