Join their St Marys campus for a dynamic 3-month assignment with an immediate start.
In this role as Postgraduate Education Administrator, you'll collaborate closely with Programme Leaders to ensure the seamless delivery of MSc programmes.
From crafting timetables to uploading course materials onto virtual platforms, you'll be at the forefront of enhancing the student experience.
As a key point of contact for students and the faculty, your proactive approach and meticulous attention to detail will be paramount in fostering a supportive learning environment.
Postgraduate Education Administrator
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to Programme Leaders, facilitating the efficient operation of MSc programmes.
- Assist in the preparation and production of programme materials, including timetables and course guides, for dissemination via the virtual learning environment.
- Support the assessment process by preparing assignment scripts, recording assessment marks, and liaising with relevant stakeholders.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for student and faculty inquiries, delivering exceptional customer service both in person and remotely.
- Coordinate onsite support for teaching activities, addressing issues and liaising with Programme Leads and Student Representatives.
- Manage administrative tasks related to programme organisation, including maintaining programme materials and coordinating with external examiners.
Postgraduate Education Administrator
Key Skills:
- Demonstrated experience in programme administration, ideally within a higher education setting.
- Exceptional organisational skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to work autonomously.
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
Job Types:
Full-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 3 months
Salary:
£20.80 per hour
Expected hours: 35 per week
