We are currently seeking skilled professionals to join our team as Double-glazed Window
Installers and Service Technicians.

The Position:
Double-glazing Installer and Service Technician

The Role

Conduct the installation of doubleglazed windows and doors in domestic homes with utmost care and precision, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Perform maintenance, repairs, and replacements of existing doubleglazed windows, demonstrating a commitment to quality workmanship.
Uphold our company values of care and integrity by providing exceptional customer service and addressing client inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient project completion and maintain a positive working environment.
Adhere to industry standards and safety protocols, prioritising the wellbeing of both customers and colleagues.
Represent our company in a manner that upholds our longstanding reputation in the local community.

The Person

Experience in finishing joinery or carpentry.
Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering highquality work.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and team members.
Strong problemsolving abilities, demonstrating resourcefulness and adaptability.
A genuine passion for providing outstanding customer service and contributing to the local community.
Experience in the installation and servicing of doubleglazed units, with a good understanding of industry best practices is ideal.
Valid driver's licence.
