The Role & Responsibilities

As Marketing Assistant, you will have a fantastic opportunity to get hands on experience and learn about a wide variety of areas of marketing.

Working closely with the marketing, product and sales teams, key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Work with team to communicate effective marketing campaigns.
• Events/exhibition support, planning, preparation and attending.
• Engaging with influencers / brand ambassadors.
• Analysis of results and reporting on most important KPIs.
• Social media content creation (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, twitter).
• Social media community management (monitor and respond).
• Support sales teams and distribution partners with promotional material.
• Sending out marketing materials to distributors and customers.
• Website editing and adaptions.
• SEM/Google Ads campaign creation.
• Monitor distributor websites for Testo content and competitor activity.
• Various other tasks to support the marketing and sales teams.

Essential Skills & Qualities

• Enthusiasm to learn about marketing.
• Good organisational skills.
• Aptitude to pick up new systems quickly.
• Good writing and proofreading skills.
• Ability to contribute marketing ideas to support campaign strategy.
• Capacity to work on multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously.
