Customer Liaison Officer - Deeside, United Kingdom - OCU
Description
Due to our continued period of growth, we now have a new opportunity for a Welsh Speaking Customer Liaison Officer to join our team as part of the SPEN LV services works.
This role will be based at our Deeside Office and will initially cover the North Wales region but may extend into other areas as the contract becomes established.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Effective resolution of all customer contacts received.
- Identification and delivery of community investment opportunities.
- Analysis and management of stakeholder relationships.
- Support the construction team including contractors, construction supervisors and project manager construction on.
- Identifying, developing, and implementing project constraints in relation to customer, stakeholder and third part agreements.
- Agreeing access routes, restrictions on work timings to minimise local impact such as on schools and local events.
- Liaise with local Councillors and officials. Organise local meetings if required.
- Handling customer complaints brought to your attention.
Skills and Experience:
- Experience in Public, Stakeholder and Customer Relations role.
- Excellent communication Skills.
- Full Clean Driving License.
- Must be Welsh speaking to allow clear contact with the local residents.
