    About The Role


    As our Learning & Development Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of high‑quality technical, professional, and behavioural learning across Node4. You'll work closely with the L&D Manager, technical trainers, SMEs, and teams across the business to ensure our people receive engaging, seamless, and impactful learning experiences. This role is essential in helping us build a consistent, scalable, and modern learning offer—one that supports new starters, technical skill growth, certifications, and core capability development across our fast‑paced technology organisation.

    Responsibilities

    • Learning Delivery & Coordination
      • Coordinating all training programmes (technical, certification, vendor‑led, internal workshops).
      • Managing logistics, scheduling, and communications for virtual and in‑person sessions.
      • Supporting the creation and maintenance of learning pathways across multiple roles.
      • Contributing to the successful delivery of our company‑wide induction programme.
      • Delivering internal training sessions where relevant (systems, onboarding, core skills).
    • Technical Training Support
      • Planning and coordinating technical onboarding and upskilling activities.
      • Supporting Microsoft, Cisco, security and other technical certification programmes.
      • Maintaining accurate training, certification, and skills tracking.
      • Ensuring technical learning content remains relevant and up to date.
    • LMS & Digital Learning
      • Managing and maintaining the LMS (uploads, enrolments, course catalogue, troubleshooting).
      • Supporting digital content creation (eLearning modules, guides, videos).
      • Producing reports on learning activity, utilisation, completions, and certification progress.
    • Stakeholder Engagement
      • Acting as the first point of contact for L&D queries.
      • Building strong relationships across technical and non‑technical teams.
      • Promoting learning opportunities and driving engagement across Node4.
    • Quality & Continuous Improvement
      • Gathering learner feedback and identifying improvements.
      • Enhancing learner experience and simplifying L&D processes.
      • Contributing to a positive, forward‑thinking, people‑centred learning culture.

    What will you bring?


    Essential

    • Experience in admin, coordination, or support roles (L&D/HR/tech/education ideal).
    • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
    • Excellent written, verbal, and digital communication skills.
    • Confidence with systems, digital tools, and learning new platforms.
    • An interest in technology and technical development.
    • High attention to detail and accuracy with data/reporting.
    • A proactive, positive attitude with a focus on service delivery.

    Desirable

    • Experience coordinating technical or certification‑based training.
    • Familiarity with Microsoft, Cisco, CompTIA, or similar certification frameworks.
    • LMS experience.
    • Exposure to instructional design or eLearning concepts.
    • Ability to create basic digital content (slides, guides, short videos).
    • CIPD Level 3 (L&D) or willingness to work towards it.
