You will be an essential support in the management team in assisting the daily running of the site.What we are looking for
You will have previous experience in a retail position, ideally with some exposure to management too (but don't worry that's not essential)

Are you looking for a chance to lead from the front and drive customer experience in one of our sites?
We're looking for a motivated, enthusiastic Team Leader to join our Westfield Stratford Site.
As a Team leader, you will act as the vital link between site management and the customer service assistants, driving service and sales.
We believe that our Team Leaders have a great opportunity to develop their full potential with us and we are committed to preparing them for that next step up to management.
As one of our Team leaders, your blend of sales and communication skills will contribute to the success of our company.
In this entry level management position, you will assist the Site and Site Management by:
- Supporting the management team to drive sales and profitability
- Coaching and motivating the Customer Service Assistant to deliver high levels of customer service, ensuring the site is always customerready
- Making sure your site looks great, maintaining all operation standards.
- Ensuring operational policies and procedures are respected
- Understanding your site's targets, and playing your part to ensure they are achieved
- You love interacting with people. You set a great example for the rest of the team with your handson mentality, enthusiasm, and passion for delivering a fantastic customer experience.
- You can talk to people, create a supportive (and fun) environment, that helps deliver the best service possible
Must be available 8:30am - 23:00 Sunday to Thursday, 8:30 - 00:30 Friday to Saturday

£13.00-£13.50 per hour
