A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Manager to join a legal firm based in Manchester. This is a new role that has been created as a result of some transformation within the business.

Working as part of an established HR team you willtake responsibility for the following:


  • Supporting the Senior HR Business Partner with the delivery of HR strategy
  • Leading on a variety of HR change projects
  • Building relationships with key stakeholders, working collaboratively to drive a highperformance culture
  • Working to establish an internal succession plan
  • Driving other initiatives such as engagement and wellbeing
  • Managing complex ER cases


My client are looking for an experienced HR professional, ideally having worked within the legal sector, or another similar environment.
