Sheridan Maine is delighted to be working with a well-established company based in Lichfield.
Our client offers a supportive work environment and is seeking a positive Financial Accountant to join the team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for you to developyour skillset by gaining exposure to the production of financial statements, tax computations and supporting tasks.


Reporting directly to the Assistant Group Financial Controller, your responsibilities will include:

  • Production of Group consolidation financial statements and corporation tax computations
  • Assisting with Management Accounts, preparation of group VAT return
  • Keeping up to date with accounting standards
  • Ad hoc duties

Your skills and experience will include:

  • ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified or almost completing studies
  • Understanding of IFRS
  • Experience in preparing financial statements
  • Highly analytical

Benefits include:


  • Up to £45,000 pa
  • Hybrid working (2/3 days office per week to start, then once a week roughly)
  • 25day holiday + birthday off
