Description

The successful applicant will work within the busy operations team, they will manage all administration duties of the Operations team (heavy workload) - this is a challenging role that is fast paced and multifunctional.

You will need to work well under pressure and be able to prioritise tasks.

The role will support the Operations Manager & Operations Assistant as part of the busy operation team. The position will be the first port of call for the business managing the busy switchboard. A confident phone manner and established phone etiquette our essential for this role.


The role includes but is not limited to:
Handling all training booking for staff and contractors. Keeping all personnel files up to date and chasing outstanding paperwork.

Manage Sentinel sponsorship and approvals

Managing absence of track staff and following up with required documentation. Following HR policy and Procedure.

Booking and management of hotel/logistics for staff

Undertake general office duties as required.

Manage administration duties for Operations/HR department

Undertake Operations/HR Specific tasks daily

Arrange and maintain the training program and competency bookings.


Assist in the updating of competence records, authority to work cards and other competency databases as required by the Operations/HR Manager.

Manage the Simply Personnel software keeping all files up to date

Manage appraisal booking and reviews to allow management to undertake relevant annual appraisals.

Making the role your own - building processes and procedures within HR to benefit the department.

Minute Taking, Attendance of meetings in HR managers absence. General office duties as required filing and general administration work or assist with vehicles administration.
