Role Snapshot:

Operations Administrator

Based in Tipton

Full-Time

M-T 8.30am - 5.00pm F 8.30am - 4.30pm

£12.00ph

Note:
This is a temporary position with the idea you will be taken on permanently.


What will you be doing?

  • Managing stock to enable maximum availability key lines.
  • Ensuring all duties are covered during holidays and any sickness periods.
  • Assisting with managing the yield reports.
  • Assessing and rectifying stocking errors in a timely manner.
  • Advising management of any concerns.
  • Covering the "unallocated" stock list as and when required.
  • Working alongside the team to develop ideas for improvement within the department.
  • Ensuring the company's compliance and health and safety is being adhered too.

What are we looking for?

  • Experience in a similar role.
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Good analytic skills.
  • Punctual.
  • Good time management.
