Casual Street Food Assistant / Chef wanted

Broke 'n Bone BBQ is a specialist American BBQ style street food trader, operating since 2017, trading from a converted Horsebox in locations around the midlands.

We work a mixture of hours each week, typically Fri/Sat/Sun, sometimes one day, sometimes all three. Occasionally we travel further and require staff to stay in a hotel with us for the weekend.

Must be able to travel to Solihull, where we travel from to events.

You will be energetic, hardworking and tidy. no specific skills necessary, but knowledge of a working kitchen is helpful.

Most important thing is that you turn up and are ready for graft. Shifts can be quiet, or hectic. Simple work, but ability to work fast is vital.

Free food and drink on shift, working alongside top streetfood traders.

Part-time hours: 8-20 per week


Salary:
£11.00-£13.00 per hour
