Assistant Site Manager - Devon

An incredible opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Site Manager to join a leading main contractor on a permanent basis This contractor offers a complete package of construction-related services and a portfolio of projects involving New Build Commercialand Refurbishment schemes within Education, Healthcare, Leisure and Defence.

Your first project will be a large value commercial new build with upgrades to existing buildings.


Responsibilities:


  • Work closely with the project team to support with project requirements including administration
  • Assist the site team in the management of all direct labour
  • Support with procurement and ordering of materials
  • Ensuring work is carried out in compliance with company safety policies as well as HSE Regulations
  • Handling RFIs and conducting client walk throughs on site

Requirements:


  • Knowledge of Health & Safety
  • SMSTS
  • Relevant CSCS card
  • First Aid at Work
  • Relevant driving licence
  • Construction related qualification
