We have an exciting opportunity in the Health Economics and Decision Science (HEDS) section in the School of Health and Related Research (ScHARR)) for a Research Programme Coordinator to the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) funded Decision Support Unit (DSU) and The Policy Research Unit in Economic Evaluation of Health and Social Care Interventions (EEPRU).


Working closely with the DSU and EEPRU Programme Director, and team members, the role involves developing and maintaining work processes to support the DSU and EEPRU as a whole and each individual project within the programmes from start to finish.

You will have budget-management and proven research project-management experience in an academic research environment.


You will also be an excellent organiser, able to use your own initiative to solve problems, and have a high level of accuracy, attention to detail and respect for confidentiality.


You should have a University degree (or equivalent experience) in a relevant discipline and project-management training (using the Prince2 method).
