We are looking for an intern to join the Leadership and Partner Communications team, part of EY's Brand, Marketing and Communications (BMC) function.

BMC has an important role to play in helping to achieve EY's ambition to be the world's most trusted, distinctive professional services organization by creating long-term value for EY people, clients and society.


The Leadership and Partner Communications team is responsible for internal communications to EY's most senior leaders and partners globally, as well as our more than 390,000 people globally.

The team supports Global Chairman and CEO communications, major EY global programs, strategy communications, crisis communications and regulatory matters. The team directly supports three large leadership meetings each year as well as regular global partner and all-people webcasts.


The role will support the Leadership and Partner Communications team in developing engaging, relevant content for leadership audiences, as well as content for specific programs and initiatives, including EY's global strategy - NextWave - that can be cascaded and customized across service lines and geographies.

The role will also support, develop, and measure our Leadership and Partner Communications channels, including SharePoint sites.

The Leadership and Partner Communications team sits at the centre of EY's content and strategy, creating an exciting and dynamic environment to learn about internal communications, project management and develop strong organizational skills.


This role currently requires a proportion of time working virtually and in the London office with other members of the Leadership and Partner Communications team who are based in the United Kingdom, the United States and South America.


Essential functions of the job

  • Support the Leadership and Partner Communications team in delivering engaging, relevant and timely content for the GPG (EY's top 150 leaders), EY's partners globally (approx. 13,000 partners), with a focus on material for webcasts, virtual meetings and digital channels
  • Support the Leadership and Partner Communications team in delivering communications to all EY people globally (over 390,000 people)
  • Support, develop and measure our Leadership and Partner Communications channels
  • Help to prepare presentation materials for allpartner and GPG webcasts, including reviewing and proofreading webcast materials
  • Help to create informative and engaging webcast reports
  • Project manage various communications programs that the team undertakes
  • Help with managing the allpartner Yammer channel and drafting appropriate posts to promote organizationwide programs and initiatives
  • Maintain uptodate knowledge on brand, marketing, communications and change management issues, trends and longterm implications for EY

Knowledge, competency and skill requirements

  • Demonstrate strong communications skills, including excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as listening and interpretation skills
  • Demonstrate strong copyediting skills with very strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering the highest quality output
  • Demonstrate strong web and SharePoint experience, and ability to measure and analyse communications data
  • Demonstrate strong organizational and project management skills
  • Demonstrate the ability to balance multiple demands and projects successfully, effectively prioritizing workload and meeting deadlines
  • Be a creative and innovative thinker
  • Demonstrate strong teamwork skills, with the ability to work both collaboratively and independently in a complex, global organization.
