JOB TITLE:
Financial Mis-selling Solicitor 4-10PQE




HOURS:
Full Time,

Location:
Manchester City Centre, office based.

Salary:
Up to £50K DOE

YOUR DAY TO DAY:


  • You will head up a small Financial Misselling team with the view to further grow the department and client base.
  • PCP car finance Financial Misselling, view to grow into other area.
  • Supervising fee earners
  • Running your own caseload
  • Drafting court documents, Gathering evidence, disclose, drafting statements, Part 36 offers, disclosure, Forms H & Q, settlement orders, cost schedule preparation, costs negotiation and detailed assessments.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Qualified solicitor / qualified by experience within financial mis-selling. 4PQE +

  • Claimant consumer litigation and financial misselling claims experience.
  • Competent running your own large caseload while supervising a team.
  • Experience implementing new strategies to streamline processes
  • Minimum 4 years experience running a litigated caseload
  • Track record of billings and hitting KPI's
  • In depth, up to date knowledge of CPR
  • Solid understanding of Pre action protocol civil litigation
