Description

We are recruiting an experienced bench hand joiner to assist in the manufacture of traditional high quality windows for Listed Buildings.

A good eye for detail is required and an ability to work on your own initiative in a small but well equipped workshop.

You must be fully experienced in the safe use of all traditional woodworking machines and have your own tools.

Main duties will be manufacturing box sash, Yorkshire sash and flush casement windows from technical drawings. Some other joinery may be required depending on the heritage project such as doors, stairs, and mouldings.

Must be willing to work on site to assist with installations when required.

Based in Sutton In Ashfield, Nottingham

City & Guilds or equivalent qualified.

Hours:
Mon - Thurs 7.30am - 4.30pm, Friday 7.30am - 2.30pm

Wage £24,000.00 PA

None Smoker

Full driving licence required.
