    Job Overview

    The Deputy Site Manager is responsible for the overall management and daily running of a home, adhering to CQC standards and Company policies. The goal is to create a safe, positive, and happy environment for residents.

    This role requires extensive knowledge in Adult Social Care, including supervisory experience. There is an opportunity to study a Level 5 in Care Leadership & Management - General Adult Social Care Diploma to become a qualified Manager.
