Dans le cadre de notre expansion, nous recherchons un consultant assistance logiciel comptable pour rejoindre notre équipe.

Mission :

Accompagner nos clients dans l'utilisation quotidienne de leur logiciel de comptabilité
Prise en charge des questions fonctionnelles métier et sollicitations des clients
Analyse et recherche de solutions
Partage d'information avec l'ensemble de l'équipe
Actualisation des connaissances avec les experts métier

Compétences requises :

Formation en Comptabilité Bac à Bac +3
Expérience en Support logiciel ou connaissance de la solution Sage FRP 1000
Connaissances des domaines de la gestion (finance, gestion commerciale, ...)
Appétence pour les logiciels et les outils informatiques
Sens du service
Bon relationnel et pédagogie
Goût du travail en équipe
Rigueur et esprit d'analyse
