IDEAL CANDIDATE

A current Leader, Supervisor or Manager with previous experience working in a customer service/sales focussed environment
A proactive, solution focused individual, able to prioritise, delegate and develop a team driven to achieve specific targets
Possess a high attention to detail, understand company procedures and be naturally able to deliver clear instructions
You will be a people person, naturally confident and have a cando attitude
Motivated by results, be excited by achieving high standards and excel in delivering excellent customer service

THE ROLE - KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Supporting the store manager by leading your retail store team to deliver exceptional customer service
Inspire the team to achieve store targets through coaching, delivering constructive feedback and teamwork
Contribute to ideas that drive positive results in KPIs including sales and service
Ensuring service standards in store are constantly being offered in line with the company's values
Responsible for in store merchandising, creating window/in store displays
