This is an exciting role available for an experienced Administrator with advanced ms excel skills, accounts experience an advantage.**This is a multi-faceted role dealing with internal and external customers and covering a wide range of business areas, from Wine and Classic Cars to Plant and Machinery.
This is a fast-paced selling environment and you will work with great clients and engagedcolleagues who strive to achieve their business goals.
Location:
Madley, Herefordshire, site based.
Key duties:
- Preparing analysis of performance for senior managers and directors.
- Responsibility for preparing income statements and other financial documents.
- Monitoring information systems and financial performance and identifying issues and propose solutions to local managers.
- Preparation of the quarterly VAT submission.
- Liaison with foreign clients on goods exports.
- Ensuring accurate and timely processing of accounting entries.
- Continuous improvement project work to identify potential improvements, recommend proposals and implement solutions.
Essential:
- Experience in accountancy/bookkeeping.
- Excellent Microsoft Excel skills are essential.
- Highly proficient computer skills (MS Office required, training will be given on in house software and cloudbased Oracle financials).
