This is an exciting role available for an experienced Administrator with advanced ms excel skills, accounts experience an advantage.**This is a multi-faceted role dealing with internal and external customers and covering a wide range of business areas, from Wine and Classic Cars to Plant and Machinery.

This is a fast-paced selling environment and you will work with great clients and engagedcolleagues who strive to achieve their business goals.


Location:
Madley, Herefordshire, site based.


Key duties:


  • Preparing analysis of performance for senior managers and directors.
  • Responsibility for preparing income statements and other financial documents.
  • Monitoring information systems and financial performance and identifying issues and propose solutions to local managers.
  • Preparation of the quarterly VAT submission.
  • Liaison with foreign clients on goods exports.
  • Ensuring accurate and timely processing of accounting entries.
  • Continuous improvement project work to identify potential improvements, recommend proposals and implement solutions.

Essential:


  • Experience in accountancy/bookkeeping.
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel skills are essential.
  • Highly proficient computer skills (MS Office required, training will be given on in house software and cloudbased Oracle financials).
