THE POSITION WILL ATTRACT MINIMUM WAGE HOURLY RATE
To Provide excellent and consistent customer service to our patients and to promote this idea throughout the organisaion
- strict compliance with policies and protocols

Strict confidentiality relating to practice and patients
Observe all reequirements relating to CQC and health and safety
To cover Reception for sick and holidays
Manage incoming calls from patients and external bodies in a timely manner
Manage difficult patents and difficult conversations
Mange compliance with policies and protocols

To assist the Surgery Manager with IT Issues where applicable
To have a working knowledge of IT Packages, Outlook, Excel and Word
To attend any training where necessary

RESPONSIBILITIES

To Collate agendas, take minutes, attend meetings with Surgery Manager when required
Training in Reception
Acknowledge requests for online access daily and reviewing records for release
Managing the online consultation contacts and assigning, booking appointments or completing as appropriate
Working with Surgery Manager to produce a quarterly Newsletter for the Surgery
Assist with out of area letters this is an as needed basis
Assist with QOF telephone calls to Patients, weekly.
Make sure the waiting are info is up to date and relevant
The post holder will assis in promoting and maintaining their own and others Health and Safety and Security as defined in the Practice Health and Safety policy.
