Outreach Worker

Hybrid - on the Digibus one day a week, Gloucester drop-in one morning plus working from home

20 hours per week

1 year fixed term

£12,667 per year for a 20-hour week (£23,750 per year full time equivalent)

Clean Slate Training & Employment CIC helps people on low incomes become better off through better money management, finding work or better work and getting online.

We want to see a world where everyone can provide for themselves and their family, where anyone willing and able to work can access employment and where it does not cost more to be poor.

We are now looking for an Outreach Worker to add to our brilliant team, delivering face-to-face money guidance, digital and employment support at our Gloucester Drop In and in various locations on the Digibus Gloucestershire.

This role requires experience of working with people from disadvantaged communities, excellent communication skills, reasonable IT skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

The role also requires a willingness to travel within Gloucestershire, ideally with access to your own transport.

We can offer you a salary of £12,667 per year for a 20-hour week, which would be £23,750 full-time.
