Description

As one of the UKs largest providers of community-based Outpatient services, Modality LLP is looking to recruit Healthcare Assistants to support delivery of our wide portfolio of services.

Our community outpatient services manage a wide-range of conditions that would otherwise be referred to secondary care.

Our team of consultants, GPwERs, specialist nurses and Allied health Professionals are able to provide patients with rapid access to specialist opinion from a choice of locations, nationally.

These roles will support the continued growth of our community outpatient services, enabling patients to receive a range of treatments within the community setting.

This job is suitable for individuals who enjoy interacting with patients, delivering high quality patient care, and look forward to working closely with the wider practice team.

The job is not suitable to people who are not resilient to working in a fast-paced environment, working flexibly in line with ever changing demands in Primary Care and the wider NHS.
