Administrations & Operations Coordinator

Responsibilities will include;

  • Assisting the Management team with operational issues and planning.
  • Coordinating technicians and their workload
  • Providing excellent customer service and maintaining relationships with Clients.
  • Answering calls and managing enquiries.
  • Arranging site visits and appointments.
  • Preparing and filing job paperwork, internal communications and records.
  • Processing completed jobs, requesting feedback and processing the responses.
  • Assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Taking inventory and ordering supplies as needed.
  • Bid Coordination inc tenders/frameworks
  • Monitoring fleet status.
  • Managing Company and Fleet Insurance renewals.
  • Managing Company Accreditations and renewals.

Skills Requirements;

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confidence in managing technicians and delegating workload
  • Superb organisational skills.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills.
  • A willingness to learn.
  • The ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
  • Previous experience in a similar role essential.

Location, Wages and Hours
You will be working within our dog-friendly office located within STEP, Stirling.
Hours are Mon

  • Thurs Friday

Wages:
£11.00/hr
