An opportunity has arisen for a Band 3 Pharmacy Administrator to work as part of the Administration Team within the Pharmacy at Scunthorpe General Hospital.


The post is a full time post working within a busy office environment providing secretarial support to the Pharmacy Senior Management Team and other Pharmacy colleagues.

The core purpose of this role is to undertake administrative duties to support the Pharmacy Team.

Duties include arranging meetings, managing diaries, attending meetings to take minutes, data entry, maintaining various databases and systems, dealing with incoming calls and post, maintaining pharmacy policies and procedures, using the erostering system for staff information/times/annual leave/other leave, ordering of goods, maintaining filing systems and general office duties.

We're a large organisation with three hospitals located in Scunthorpe, Grimsby and Goole. We also provide community services in North Lincolnshire. Our 6,500 members of staff care for and support a population of more than 400,000 people.
