Recruit UK are working with an investment house to bring in a Client Service Executive to join their Birmingham office.

As a Client Service Executive, you will play a crucial role in providing outstanding service to clients.

As the primary point of contact, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing exceptional service.

You will work closely with investment advisors to ensure the smooth execution of client requests.

Duties will include:

Point of contact for clients and their intermediaries
Telephone/Inbox duties
Attend meetings as required, manage discussions and delivery a highquality experience
Onboarding, transfers, payments and reporting
Prepare meeting packs and literature for client meetings
Administration of client data, client documentation and
Processing new business
Updating CRM system

Skills and experience required:

Previous financial services experience
Client facing experience
Ability to multitask
Problem solving skills
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and as a team
