Role:
Team Leader - End of Tenancy Cleaning

Location:
Sussex

Hours:
Variable - Average of hours per week

Working Pattern:
Either 4 or 5 Days per week (depending on your preference)

Pay:
£12 per hour plus £225 monthly bonus

Are you hands on and able to manage a small team of cleaners? Do you have a keen eye for detail and able to maintain high standards? If so - we have an exciting opportunity for a well-motivated individual to join our team.

We are a Sussex based commercial cleaning company that carried out End of Tenancy and Office Cleaning. We are looking for end of tenancy Team Leaders

What would a typical day look like as a Team Leader?

Leave your home in the morning and take your company van to pick up your team for that day, this would be between - 4 cleaners depending on your jobs for that day, once you have the team you would then go to vacant rental properties and clean them thoroughly with your team getting them ready for the new tenants.

Some days you may also have office cleaning contracts to cover in the evening. At the end of the day you would then drop you team home.

The days are usually around hours long however there is the option to work 4 days per week meaning you can do full time hours and work a 4 day week if desired.

What we need from you?

Full Driving License, Company Vehicle Supplied for Team Leader Position

Reliability

Hardworking with a great eye for detail

Good spoken English

We will train you to the specific ways we work so end of tenancy cleaning experience is not necessary.

Maintaining high standards is absolutely crucial to the continued success of the business and we will rely on you to ensure your team keep these up.
