Early Years Lecturer

Long Sutton, Lincolnshire

Salary £29,785 - £37,561 per annum

Start date:
Immediately, Full time up until Easter


GSL Education are presently seeking to appoint an inspirational and enthusiastic Early Years Lecturer to facilitate teaching and learning to Level 1-3 Early Years courses.


  • A teaching qualification, preferably at Level
  • A minimum of a Level 3 Childcare qualification (though a degree in Childcare would be highly desired).
  • Experience working within the Childcare sector.
  • Prior, relevant Further Education (FE) teaching experience within CACHE & Pearson BTEC Childcare courses.
  • Knowledge and experience of T Level Education and Early Years.
  • Experience in a tutoring role in the Childcare FE sector.
  • Proficiency in teaching, learning, and assessment of the CACHE qualification.
