Once the holidays are out of the way and the house is quiet again, will you be looking to fill some time? As a Home Instead Care Professional you offer hours to fit your life and provide compassionate person centred care to older people around Altrincham, Sale and Wythenshawe.

Home Instead (Altrincham, Sale and Wythenshawe) believe that everyone should be able to stay at home surrounded by their belongings and precious memories for as long as they possibly can.


What We Offer:

  • Unrushed appointments, giving you ample time to understand and assist your client.
- £ £13.50 pr hr, recognising the essential role you play in our clients' lives.

  • Sufficient time to travel between calls, ensuring you never feel rushed.
  • Careful client matching based on hobbies and interests, facilitating genuine connections.
  • Our Care Professionals are more than just caregivers, they are friends and confidants who provide personal, dignified care. We're seeking compassionate individuals dedicated to making a real difference in the lives of others.
Our way of care ensures our clients to get the most out of our visits.

Home care covers various activities ranging from a simple chat over a cup of tea through to support with basic housekeeping, preparing meals, administering medication or personal care.

We also support our clients to attend appointments or to socialise and go out and about in the local community.


We match clients to your availability with a minimum of 1 hour calls.
We require you to have your own reliable transport as our clients may want to go out into the community.

  • Support our clients with everyday tasks that have become a challenge.
  • Be a reliable presence and familiar face, consistently arriving on time for each appointment.
  • Deliver comprehensive emotional support to clients, fostering a bond of trust and friendship.

The role of a Caregiver is ideal if you have previous care experience but many of our Care Professionals who join are new to care.
