Job Overview:
Our client is a coffee shop based in the city. They are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Server to join their team. You will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our patrons.

You need to be able to start at 6AM every week day.

Duties:

Greet guests
Present menus and provide detailed information on food and beverage options
Take accurate food and drink orders from guests
Relay orders to the kitchen staff and ensure timely delivery of meals
Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and courteous manner
Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
Process payments accurately and efficiently
Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
Assist with food preparation as needed

Qualifications:

Previous experience is preferred
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to provide excellent guest services
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
Basic math skills for handling payments and making change accurately

Salary:
From £11.00 per hour
