Role Type: 12 month FTC (maternity cover)

Working Model:
Flexible Hybrid (2 days in the office)
An incredible opportunity for someone to join a leading speciality and commercial insurance and reinsurance company.

They are looking for an individual to work alongside the Head of Cyber Underwriting and help manage the group Cyber Cell exposure across all lines of the business.

The role does not require extensive knowledge of the Cyber Underwriting space, but an understanding of the insurance industry is highly beneficial.

About the role:

Working in a multi functional environment
End to end ownership and delivery of small projects
Assist Head of Cyber Underwriting in creating training packages
Conducting relevant research
Coordinating delivery
Preparing relevant training materials
Coordinate schedules for multiple senior stakeholders
MI Reporting
Networking across a wide audience
Liaise with csuite level stakeholders
Regulatory and market engagement
Ensure effective communication regarding cyber underwriting's strategy, approach and controls
Assisting in the creation of cyber strategy document
Strong problem solving skills
Ability to multitask and prioritise
Ability to draw relevant insights from data/reports
Excellent communication skills both written and oral
Experience working with senior stakeholders and contributing to strategic plans
Knowledge of insurance and underwriting processes
A desire to learn and ability to adapt to different environments
An understanding of Change Management
An understanding of relevant regulatory requirements
An understanding of different departments across insurance
