ABOUT THE ROLE


We are seeking a proactive and organised Project Administrator to join our team on a maternity cover basis, supporting the SEO and Data/Analytics teams in delivering client campaigns.

The Project Administrator plays a vital role in the smooth and effective day-to-day delivery of work to clients. With a particular focus on campaigns with set deliverable outcomes.

You'll ensure that work is booked into our project management platform (Asana), supporting and liaising with department heads to ensure overall resource availability and report on capacity concerns.

You will work closely with both SEO and Data/Insight teams to ensure that client work is prioritised correctly and that tasks are delivered on time and to budget.

You'll also collaborate with department heads and client services to chase and report back on critical deadlines.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Project Administration
  • Support delivery teams and client services with the creation of campaign plans, statement of works and project scheduling.
  • Ensuring that projects and tasks are set up correctly in our project management platforms (Asana, Netsuite), assigned to the correct team member with deadline and brief in place.
  • Liaise closely with the client service and delivery leads to ensure projects are on track and within budget.
  • Making changes to project plans where necessary due to changes in requirements or deadlines.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation and reports.
  • Support administrative tasks and document management.
  • Resource Management
  • Maintain an awareness of overall capacity of delivery teams within your area of remit, reporting back to team leads on resource allocation and capacity concerns.
  • Daytoday chasing of campaign deadlines and deliverables from delivery teams, helping colleagues prioritise workloads.
  • Ensure that individual staff are correctly logging time and have a billable utilisation rate within company targets.
  • Attending internal resource management meetings (both clientspecific and departmental) to provide insight on project/campaign progress and overall resource management.

Skill Requirements:


  • Previous experience in project management or similar roles
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage a variety of different projects
  • Tech savvy and confident ability in adopting new platforms and tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and professional development.
  • Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and a willingness to take on new challenges.
  • Previous experience with Asana is advantageous but not essential
