Description
Are you looking for a new exciting opportunity working as an IT Technician to be based near Dudley?

Your role will involve maintenance, installation and proactive monitoring of client's network infrastructure.

This position will require you to undergo an enhanced DBS check.

Main Duties of the Role

  • Provide technical support for all relevant systems both onsite and remotely
  • Repair, upgrade and maintenance of computers, servers and peripherals
  • Perform system diagnostics to identify and resolve technical incidents
  • Provide excellent standards of customer service at all times
  • Create and maintain various types of documentation.
Your Skills and Experience

  • Experience of installing, configuring and maintaining Windows operating systems.
  • Experience within networking
  • Experience of Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy Management, Setup and deployment of Active Directory Networks.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Salary
- £21,000-£25,500 per annum, depending on experience
