Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic, friendly and reliable person to prepare Cost estimates, liaise with customers and send out customer quotes for the manufacture and sale of cardboard Boxes.

Full training to be given including Training on Cad software. Must have good knowledge of Excel and offer great customer service.

Duties to include using excel spreadsheets to calculate labour and material costs for the various styles of cardboard boxes manufactured by the Company.

Liaising with clients and suppliers

Use CAD Software to design boxes and produce samples (training will be provided).

Answering the phone, taking customer enquiries and speaking with customers to produce samples and see an order through from initial enquiry to being ready for production.

Key attributes required:

• Ability to prioritise workloads and multitask.

Willingness to work as part of a team and help others as required by the business.

Good attention to detail and good understanding of basic maths.

Good customer service skills

• Monday to Friday
