Job Title:
Office Assistant & Marketing Coordinator
Overview:
Office admin duties:
- Answer and direct phone calls with excellent phone etiquette
- Meet and greet all visitors.
- Perform general office duties including filing, photocopying, and scanning
- Assist in maintaining office supplies and equipment
- Database management and use sage with the highest attention to detail.
- Organise and schedule appointments
- Assist in bookkeeping using Sage50
- Completing HACCP forms daily.
Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Sage 50
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
- Prior experience in an administrative role is preferred
- Excellent data entry skills
Marketing duties:
- Create and manage marketing materials, ensuring they are uniform across the company.
- Design and create quarterly newsletters.
- Ensure the company is effectively using all social media channels
- Design and implement all social media updates and posts on LinkedIn/Facebook/Twitter/Instagram
- Update website with new articles, projects, team updates.
- Analyse and report on the effectiveness of advertising campaigns and monitor overall performance.

Part-time
Pay:
£25,930.00-£28,766.00 per year
Expected hours:
No more than 20 per week
