Salary £22,000 + Benefits Package & Hybrid Working
Our client is a superb International Company with offices just outside Leeds city centre.

As a result of strong and strategic growth, they are now expanding across multiple areas, we are specifically recruiting for the Ecommerce team, within customer services.

You will need to have prior experience with ecommerce due to the nature of the role and responsibilities. You will be managing all ecommerce administration, managing promotional activities, and pricing. In addition you will be workign with the wider salesteam to ensure a consistent and active approach.

What will the role involve:


  • Ensure orders are processed quickly, identifying any discrepancies and managing issues ensuring the customer receives high levels of service and support

With particular focus on:

  • Working with the warehouse team to ensure all orders can be picked and despatched within the agreed timelines.
  • Covering the core administration tasks relating to the Ecommerce site. This will include processing returns, raising credit memos for refunds, loading price files, updating the delivery matrix etc

What we are looking for:


  • Experience in delivering first class customer service
  • Excellent communication and people handling skills (internal and external).
  • Display prompt and effective organisation, planning and decision making.
  • Prior experience within an ecommerce role
  • Ability to produce creative ideas to improve customer service standards.
  • Enthusiastic character with an exceptional work ethic.
  • Ability to operate in a fast paced, everchanging highpressure environment whilst having the capability to maintain the highest level of accuracy, prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.
  • PC literate with high levels of understanding of MS Office, in particular Excel, and comfort using a variety of Business Operating Systems.
  • Maintaining and observing a high degree of professionalism, ensuring confidentiality at all times.
