    Senior Project Manager to Associate Director

    Job Summary:

    This is a senior project management role that requires the ability to deliver, lead on and oversee project activities across Yorkshire. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a consultancy, developer or client-side environment and demonstrate a positive proactive approach to the role.

    The Role:

    • Main Purpose of the Role:
    • Deliver, lead on and oversee project activities, ensuring effective communication and compliance with established governance procedures
    • Understand, anticipate, inform and deliver great outcomes for clients, every time, everywhere
    • Drive exceptional delivery, health & safety, commercial, risk management and quality performance on infrastructure projects throughout the project lifecycle
    • Develop a team of Project Managers with a strong pipeline of work

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Project Management: Deliver, lead on and oversee project activities, ensuring effective communication and compliance with established governance procedures
    • Client Focus: Understand, anticipate, inform and deliver great outcomes for clients, every time, everywhere
    • Performance Delivery: Drive exceptional delivery, health & safety, commercial, risk management and quality performance on infrastructure projects throughout the project lifecycle
    • Team Development: Develop a team of Project Managers with a strong pipeline of work

    Requirements:

    • Construction related degree or a similar construction related qualification with extensive technical delivery experience in a similar role gained within a consultancy or developer
    • Experience of delivering projects in education and public (or comparable) sectors
    • Well organised, diligent, proactive, assertive, well-disciplined and commercially astute
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills both written and verbal
