About the School - SEN Teacher


Located in St Albans, Hertfordshire, this exceptional Autism School helps children with a range of learning difficulties make sustained progress.

The school is all through with a thriving Primary and Secondary section and has recently been awarded Ofsted'stop grade for the second time in succession.

This school is a specialist Autism educator that uses the latest techniques and leading SEN practice to ensure these students get the very best support to achieve.

To that end class sizes are small with a maximumof 8 students in the class and additional support via learning support assistants is high.

For January, the school is looking to appoint an experienced teacher who can take over from the current class teacher who is going abroad on secondment for two terms.

The class are working at P4 levels and require someone who can motivate them, but once they are engaged thoroughly enjoy their learning.

This post is offered on a fixed term or permanent basis.

About the Role - SEN Teacher

  • QTS qualified or a degree/masters in SEN with strong experience
