About us
Established in 1976, London Plant Hire is an independent tool hire company based in Finchley, London, N12 0DY.
We are looking for a Hire Controller, to deal directly with customers both over the telephone and face-to-face at our hire counter.
Duties will include, but not limited to:
- Advising customers
- Assisting with loading vehicles _(The job does require some heavy lifting)_
- Processing orders
- Filing
- Stock control
- Answering telephone
- Customer queries
- Delivery Driving (occasional)
- Good spoken English is essential
- Good telephone manner
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Organisational skills
- Full clean UK driving licence
- Experience within the Tool Hire industry would be advantageous
Salary:
£25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
